Traveling as a Business Traveler
Room had cockroaches. Room was dusty and the floors needed to be mopped, sink was dirty. Bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor.I used the laundry and the dryer didn't heat, so I was left with a load of wet clothes.
Vending machine took money and no snacks. I told staff about the laundry and vending machines and they wouldn't return my money. Vending machines got$5.50 and dryer got $2.75 so I was out the money. Also the heater in my room sounded like a jet taking off

Traveling as a Family with Young Children
No complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Or body wash. No continental breakfast, tv made weird beeping noise all night. Made us show ID for all guests. Never done that before. $--- per night should include more then 2 bars of soap.
Don¿t be so cheap and show appreciation to your guests paying to stay there.
