It’s clean, safe, and within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, entertainment and public transportation.

Everything was great!

Location was good.

When we arrived to this hotel, the girl in the reception asked me to pay for the room that was already paid through booking.com. I explained to her that the room was paid but she said that she needed my card to get the money realised from booking.com. Everything was really confusing, at the end they charged me twice on my card, I had to speak with a lot of people to get my money back. I got the refund after more than one week but the point is that I had to be writing emails and making a follow up to a situation that it wasn’t even my fault, and I didn’t find the staff helpful at all.

Loved the location, the stuff was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities were great! The gym was spacious, and the laundromat was incredibly convenient

Location is great. 10-12 min walk to the space needle. There is free street parking up the hill about 7-8 blocks away.The bar has a happy hour thing inc food offers. Well worth a visit. Eat there both nights.Had cloths washing machines and ice machine on every 3 floors.

There work road works going on around the building. But not much else.

Rooms are lightless and airless. Definitely not the kind of room you want to come back and chill in. Cleaning process was not great, they only clean every second day and sometimes forget to replace removed sheets and things like the paper cups.

Hotel was clean and very reasonably priced. Location is also pretty good as far as being able to walk.

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated within walking distance of Climate Pledge Arena, it made attending an event at the arena incredibly convenient. We simply strolled back to the hotel without worrying about transportation. And the restaurants in the area offered a diverse selection of delicious food and drink choices, catering to a variety of tastes. Whether I was craving a gourmet meal or a casual bite, there was something for everyone. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities.Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, and cost effectiveness made for a memorable stay. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one aspect that was not particularly favorable was the cost of on-site parking. While convenient, the additional expense for parking was a downside to an otherwise flawless experience.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. and there were quite a few options for the rooms to suit my family needs. The breakfast was superb and all of the staff members were very good.

There wasn't anything i did not really like in particular, i was happy with what i got.
