- Luxury, client experience and superb customer service. The wellness aspects were amazing from the pool, gym and yoga class.
- All of the staff members were very helpful and friendly! We especially liked staff at the front desk. The location on the water was beautiful! Also, very pet friendly.

- Yes, nine out of ten staff members are unaware of what service means. From the valet when we arrived, who was cold and dismissive to the desk clerk who was more interested in selling us a 2 bedroom upgrade, to the Marker 92 barmaid being downright rude...
