- Dirty and hard drugs in the room asked staff to come clean it twice and no one came.
- What didnt I like? - Everything elseTraveling for work needed a place to stay. Location was why we chose it. Close to where we were working. Nothing else about it was good.The hotel Lost our reservation, upon arrival they didn't have our reservation. although we had paid upon booking and a confirmation receipt. Called booking.com had to get a refund and rebook directly with the hotel at a higher rate. Booking said they would all 69.00 for overage. Price was over 100.00 more. The CS rep put me on hold to see if they could cover the overage and then left me to sit on the phone on hold with booking.com for over an hour. The staff weren't very helpful.Room was tired looked much better in PHOTOSTelevision didn't work Shower drain was slow I left my belongings in the car and slept on top of the bedding. Would not recommend.
