- We couldn’t sleep because the rooms from both sides were too loud residents.
- The room cleaning was terrible. The staff member went into the bathroom and changed the towels without cleaning the bathtub, toilet, sink, or even the floor. Dust remained on the tables, and she didn't replace the coffee capsules we used. I definitely won't return to a hotel with such a dirty bathroom.
