- The view was amazing. Staff polite, friendly , and respectful
- Great place clean with attention to details
- The Hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was quite nice.
Cons -
- The pay for parking. If I am staying here, why should I have to pay . Didn’t understand that. Overall everything was good
- Billing is very confusing Booking did not indicate clearly a $30 dollar parking fee per day .
- One male clerk at front desk had no customer service skills. We nearly walked out but Veida saved the day and also gave us a fond memory of the Westin. Veida deserves some sort of commendation for her excellent customer service skills. We will be moving out to PS end if this year and plan on visiting your beautiful resort as a get away. We will also recommend your resort toour family and friends who come out to visit us. Thank you Veida ?

The Hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was quite nice.

The room was extremely outdated, molded showers food all over the floors. The dishes had lip stain on them. The pool side isn't open until the weekends.
