Filthy apartment, paint peeling off ceiling, walls dirty and crumbling, toilet and bathroom disgusting, tape covering gaps around windows, the bed sank below the wood when sat on, the furniture stained to high heaven. This place is the absolute opposite of what's advertised. We left and checked in at hotels up the road. Avoid at all costs.

The qpartment is located by the marina. You can see the ocean from 2 rooms inside the apartment. The apartment has a large living room, a television room, a bedroom with two beds and a master bedroom with 1 large king size bed. The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven along with a refrigerator and freezer. The cabinet is stocked with pots and pans. There are plenty of bowls, plates, and eating utensils. I stayed during the weekend in April around 21:00 Friday-Sunday if you go to the balcony you can watch a water fountain and light show along the marina. It is highly visible from the balcony. If you do not want to watch the balcony doors have heavy curtains so that no light will get in. I found it lovely but I understand how some would rather rest. There is also a clothes line on the balcony is you need to dry clothes. The television room does have satellite so there are plenty of viewing options. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator. I also didn't hear any noise from other tenants during my 4 day stay. The apartment building is quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves but polite. The host was also extremely pleasant and assisted me with any questions I had. When checking out I was asked which time I would vacate I gave him the time and the host showed up exactly on time.
