the room was spacious with comfortable king size bed.
the heater DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! We woke up at 3 a.m. really cold. the manager did not try to compensate me or even apologize in any way for the inconvenience.

The room was clean.
Location sketchy; staff were not prompt with help (one was outside smoking while I waited at the counter Saturday night 12/28); man was passed out in chair in lobby (drunk/high); bed was hard.

It was a good location and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly as well. The room appeared clean other than the issues mentioned in the dislikes section.
The hallway was filthy. There was a pile of wet dirty towels and a pair of dirty underwear outside a room the entirety of our stay. The door to our room had a white powdery partial handprint on the outside of it. Our ac didn't work upon arrival. Staff came to fix it right away but the inside of the unit needed cleaned very badly. The window to our room was open when we arrived with no screen to keep out insects or wildlife.

The location was good. Right off the interstate and several restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable.
When we arrived the first room (queen suite-the original room we booked) was dirty! Trash cans overflowing, cups left on the desk, bed not made, etc. Went back to the desk and the guy acted surprised. Gave us a new much smaller room. The walls were damaged, a few lights didn’t work, looked like mold on the shower ceiling. It was late so I gave up and just went to bed

The room it self was clean
The hallways were dirty, the bed squeaked, and the a/c made a weird noise on and off through the night.
