WeStay Suites is located just off I-12, 32 miles from downtown New Orleans on the Northshore. It features an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a mini put golf green and free on-site car parking. All guestrooms at this WeStay Suites are equipped with flat screen TV's with satellite TV and a full kitchen, including a full sized refrigerators, a microwave and a two burner stovetops. Regency Park Suites is 7 miles from St. Tammany Regional Airport and 40 miles from Louis Armstrong International.

- Awkward staff, terrible bed, funky cramped hallway layout had people always running into you, dirty pool, denied request for additional pillow.
- Needs a remodel. The icemaker in my room didn't work and with working during the day at the hotel that was a convenience I was seeking but instead of fixing/remedying, I was given pitchers and told I could go downstairs for ice. NOT convenient at all.
- Live roach in tub. Side door keypad was melted and did not work
