- Easy in and easy out. Breakfast was much better than expected...cheese omelette is way better than fake eggs.

Cons -
- Communication, as we had a party of 5 different couples and requested to have rooms close by way in advance but when we got there none of that was done so we were scattered all over and different floors.
- Pull out sofa bed linens dirty and stained, mattress on bed was old and broke down, no ac in hallways and hot in lobby which was terrible while trying to eat breakfast. Fridge in room did not get cold
- Our door wouldn’t secure, the carpet on the fourth floor was so bad you couldn’t hardly roll your luggage. The elevator sounded like an old building in New York City

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Especially the southwestern style omelettes
The beds were not very comfortable. There were gross looking stains on the couch and carpets. The hallway was extremely hot and humid. For the price and Hilton affiliation you would think it would be a better stay with how expensive it was compared to the other hotels. This is our fourth stay in the area and the holiday inn has been the better choice so far.
