Location, friendly staff, cleaness of the hotel in general, fair room rates, comfortable beds.
Poor lighting in the main room area. There is a daily charge for parking space.

Location, spacious room, clean but should be careful with bleach sprayed to the surfaces
Extremely clean such using bleach that is sprayed to the tables surfaces and more. The room smells very bleachy . The breakfast was mediocre. I did not know the parking per night has a cost. It is an open lot, come on, the hotel can give that complimentary. It is not security on the parking lot area.

This is the best hotel! They have like 4-5 pools out back not just one! Plus zipline, movie night by the pool! Very very best hotel ! If you got kids you’re at the right place! Staff was very friendly ! Would def recommend this place !

Room was large, clean, spacious and seemed soundproof. Very large and clean restroom. We had 2 t.v.'s in the room. Free breakfast but I'd wake up early to make sure you were able to get some as the lobby was crowded. The guy with dark curly hair was awesome. He provided excellent customer service.
Parking fee and damage/deposit.

Old hotel, poor cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom. Roach crawling in the bathroom. Room smelled as if pets stayed there or very old and dirty scent.

The staff were always nice and accommodating. The location was great for our plans. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was nice.
They charge a $15 parking fee per night. That felt unwarranted. It wasn’t gated or secured. It was just a way to make extra money off of customers.

The pool areas and hot tub, very nice
Room was extremely old and outdated, bed was not comfortable. Front desk staff did not honor my request, at first. Manager fixed after complaint!
