Very clean and presentable the rooms were clean as well

The hotel was near in a residential area and very uncomfortable also no security at the hotel

Very Clean. The rooms are so big and the beds are so comfortable. The location is great, so near to the main locations.

The receptionist is disrespectful. She's so rude and doesn't allows you to ask for anything. Bad service that affects the rest of the days. Pre paid breakfast that we didn't take it because the receptionist told us "I have no time for it"

The property was very nice and clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Gated underground parking. Need card access to enter and to use elevators which made us feel a bit safer.

Location. The street its on is a little questionable. There were lots of homeless people on the street.

Good spacious room, comfortable bed, coffee machine, cold fridge, clean facilities. Great breakfast in the morning. Safe parking for the car. Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast time.

The first room we were put in, when we used the shower the water flooded the whole room, making it dangerous, health and safety was not observed. A strip of plastic had not been replaced to hold the water in the shower area. We asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. The lights in the bed area shone at you rather than help you see - bad design.

I was charged more at property then my rate on booking.com. I was also taxed twice on my reservations.

Clean and comfortable rooms. 2 very nice ladies checked us in.

A fire alarm went off during our stay in the middle of the night. We evacuated to the reception. No one told us what was going on, we over heard someone saying ot was a false alarm (someone was ironing) but none of the staff spoke to us. We sat in the lobby and waited, during this time, we over heard a male staff threten to pepperspray a homeless man sleeping near the reception area. Eventually after being in the lobby for 10-15 mins in our pj's. We attempted to speak to the same male staff, he was on the phone, putting in on hold and returning several times, I'm assuming he was talking to someone regarding the alarm and switching it off. All we needed was someone to tell us it was alright to return to our rooms. Eventually the lovely lady who checked us in came back to reception and told us it was a false alarm and we could return to our room.
