The location was great for us! A 10 minute walk to the strip, close to the sphere, and it is laid out really beautifully. Most importantly, the staff was exceptional. Very friendly, welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Could not ask for better hospitality.

The sphere was great. Also the man that helped us get our luggage to our room was great because there are no elevators. The place was very spacious and they messaged me throught the stay to make sure everything was going well. Plenty of parking. Stores and restaurant on site was also super helpful.
There wasn't much that I didn't like. It was loud @ times especially the people above me woke me up often in the middle of the night, but that isn't the resorts doing.

Location is great, room is big
The front desk staff was impatient and even a little rude during check in, I’ve never had experience like this with any hotel so it was a bit shocking. Check out time is 10am, and you cannot be one minute late because they will be knocking on your door kicking you out.

Great location , close to all facilities , restaurants , just by short walk . Nice pool at the property

great location (right next to the sphere) and spacious rooms. friendly staff but not very informative. like that they use dove products for bathroom toiletries
large property with several buildings. the room and building you get could make or break your stay. we were in building 19, room 309 where the amenities (pool and gym) were temporarily closed. this was not communicated to us at check-in. we were told the pool at the other buildings were open and we checked it out but it was very crowded so we ended up not using. i wish the rates reflected the unavailability of amenities but for the amount we paid, we were probably better off staying along the strip
