Good breakfast served early, beds were also comfortable.

Rooms are run down, and a bit of a smell in bathroom.

We liked everything. The staff from the restaurant to the receptionist were so nice and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Right off highway. Close to Alhambra. Super clean. Food great at a great price. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Granada. And we have stayed in a lot of places.❤️♥️❤️♥️??

The room is as described. Parking for free.We had a wedding in "Finca Torre del Rey" that was just 2 minutes driving distance.

The breakfast was not good everything was outdated The coffee machine horrible you don't touch that machine even with an liaise pointed.... Stay away from the breakfast. All the rest quality/ price good ?.

Good area if you have a car to move around. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, we stayed for 5 nights to visit the surroundings.We had no issues, quiet and clean.

Easy to find and close to motorway with fabulous views of snow on the mountains.Breakfast was amazing on Sunday.

Very friendly staff. I had a problem with the WiFi and room heating and the staff swiftly moved me to another room, which I appreciated very much.It is a good modern Hotel/Restaurant of high standards.

I think the variety of food served at the restaurant was more catered for the local community.

We were going to a festival nearby and the location was ideal

There were some hickups checking in, we arrived late (around 6am) from the festival and we waited outside for someone to let us in for almost 15minutes (and it was freezing) a card detector at the door to use your room key would make sense. We also booked a late checkout, however we were knocked on the door at midday - although we didnt answer it seemed like a knock to advise we had to vacate the room. To add on to this we were locked our from our room around lunchtime because our key hadnt been set up properly and the card key expired.

for my purposes it was very convenient to have parking, easy access to Granada and restaurant open 7 am to 12 pm

the room is particularly nice. the decor was really cute and the staff were always very kind

The value for money is great. The location if you want fast access to Grenada centre or even closer the Alhambra is perfect. Also next to the Autovia so Madrid North and the coast south easy. No traffic noise inside. Restaurant great. Staff great.

Really difficult to criticize for the money. Especially if in a recently upgraded room.

Hotel was easily accessible

The hotel was cold, no idea if the advertised pool was available. The rooms were with dated decor and cold. Catering was uninspiring: cold on the plate and the a la carte not available. Had to find alternative evening meal venues in town. Reception girl was very helpful in finding said alternative restaurant and a taxi service. Bar/cafe staff only attentive once they realised tips might be available for better service.

The hotel staff were great. The location perfect for our visit.

The adjoining restaurant closed at 19.30 which was a little early for an evening meal.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well fed. Very reasonable prices in the restaurant. Room spacious and comfortable

The hotel is on the main road, so can be a little noisy, but I think most people stay here for that convenience. It was unclear whether the restaurant were serving in the evening when we booked the room.
