Good pools with jacuzzis, clean and tidy with good parking. Very helpful and polite staff. great location for parks and shops

The location is wonderful

The air conditioner went out two nights back to back and had to get people to come in late at night when we would get back to our room to get it back going very frustrating

Well maintained - Room was where we asked & coming in on the auto train , taking lunch & a little grocery shopping, our room was ready even though we were early. Room was very clean and staff came to our room on days we asked. Staff was always polite and helpful if needed. Hope next year will be our 4th!

Elevators in building 6 made sounds like they need to be greased and trash chute on floor seven was not working so had to leave trash bags outside room. Staff took care to keep hallways clean.

Staff were very welcoming. The complex is beautifully kept with lovely grounds and facilities. The location is perfect with a Publix supermarket across the road, lots of restaurants in the general area and direct access to Vineland Premium Outlets for some shopping.

We had an issue with our front door not locking from the outside when we left. This was rectified relatively quickly but it's worth checking the handle every time you leave your apartment as its a pretty serious security issue.

Beautiful pool area with 2 hot tubs, fountains, cornhole, ping pong table, and a splash pad area for kids. Activities center with fun stuff for kids and adults to do on the property. Well shaded playground for kids. Small cafe with to-go type food/drinks/donuts/starbucks coffee. 2 free coffee or water each day. Huge pool bar with food and drinks. Very short walk to the outlet mall. Pretty property to walk around the large pond. On trolly route. Gated so it felt safe. Grill on site.

Construction was going on during our visit and walls were thin.

Beautiful suite, very comfortable, everything provided great bath jacuzzi after a long day in the parks nice view, great path around lake, near to outlets- perfect really- and the price compared to most other hotels was excellent

Nothing really except maybe the concierge inviting me to a morning meet for extra Hilton points, without explaining they were trying to sell properties, which was a bit misleading- then when we did not attend, we received phone calls to reinvite which were then quite pushy- but apart from that- everything else was excellent

Cleanliness, safety, everything is convenient, staff is extremely polite and professional. The units are amazing, clean, spacious and quiet. The access to the outlet mall is a bonus as well.

Excellent hotel — I’m really glad I chose to stay here. I’ve been to Orlando many times, but had never stayed at this property before. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re in a truly comfortable space. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional — for example, after we checked in, someone actually called to ask if we liked the room. That doesn’t happen often in hotels.The location was also perfect for us — just a short walk to the premium outlet mall my wife wanted to visit. There was also a pool, which was a nice bonus.The only thing we missed was breakfast. It wasn’t available directly from the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. You could order Uber Eats, but room service breakfast wasn’t an option.The room was beautiful, the balcony was clean, and the view was fantastic. We’re really happy we stayed at this hotel.

The only thing that probably needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. The connection was very weak, and the internet overall was quite poor. I’d really appreciate it if this could be improved.Other than that, everything was great — and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. One more -We’ve been waiting quite a long time for the deposit refund.
