They accepted to checkin earlier than stated hour; decent breakfast; really close to Murzzuschlag Bahnhof from where you can easily take either bus to Stuhleck or train to Vienna or Graz.

Great location, staff was kind, breakfast had variety. The room was was bigger than expected and it was clean.

While the bathroom was spacious and looked very clean, it had an unpleasant toilet smell that was simply too strong to ignore.

Only 9km from ski resort Stuhleck. Very nice and clean property with friendly staff. Room was comfortable with all amenities.

Central and easy parking outside. Room comfortable and also clean.

The hotel was clean, the room was simple, nothing extra but that's what you get for this price. The lady in the evening was manning the reception, the bar and the restaurant at the same time. She was kind. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. We could order eggs (omlette, fried) which was delicious. Parking was for a fee but we got there late and left before the clock started so managed to get it for free.

Staff didn't speak English so for issues and questions we could not go to anyone. Family room with bunk bed was behind the reception wall and there was a door in the kids' room leading to the reception back office. We put a chair by the door as with kids you just don't feel safe if there is a door where someone could come in anytime... The night receptionist was watching TV or something on his phone and it was loud, we had to knock on the shared door and he turned it down. I was upset as I emailed the hotel for a quiet room which they assured it will be but from 6am onwards we heard banging, hoovering etc... due to the room being directly behind reception. My issue with that is I specifically asked about the quietness of the room and they could have just told me the room is behind the reception... then I wouldn't have chosen the hotel and rather stayed in an apartmen nearby.

The staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs. A special thanks is due to the person I believe was the owner, for their kindness in returning our lost cuddly toy, even though we arrived during the hotel's break time. As for the hotel itself, it offers great value for money. It's simple yet comfortable, with an outstanding breakfast selection, especially for those who love muesli. I definitely plan to return.

It's regrettable that not all the reception staff are fluent in English. Fortunately, I managed with my basic German skills.

Comfortable rooms, amazing and delicious breakfest. Easy to park next to the hotel. There was a ski storage room. It is in the city center, but silent. All people are nice and helpful in the hotel.

Tolilet wasn’t cleaned and in the bathroom there was a strange smell during our 1 night visit.

For business trip hotel location is very continent, close to center of the town. Good restaurant at the ground floor.

Staff were helpful, and the hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was ok.

Bed was uncomfortable and the bedding felt rough and worn.

The 2 rooms bedroom was big and very comfotable. Staff very kind. Breakfast was very nice and we also had dinner in their restaurant. Super location eight in the centre and parking in front of the hotel.

Room was very basic, looked more like dormitory, quite depressing interior (just like the rest of the hotel, although it seems new) definitely not a 4star hotel. Beds were small, uncomfortable and squeaky, blanket short and thin. TV very small with local stations. Empty minibar.Food in restaurant pretty basic, the usual Austrian style I suppose, fried pork, fried fish.Staff at arrival (8PM) not very welcoming, not speaking English (seemed like a drop in for the regular staff). Menu in restaurant only in German (even though majority of guests is probably foreign tourist), seems like a common theme in Austria though. Difficulty parking.Breakfast extremally basic and the amount of vegetables plain ridiculous (but the morning staff was friendlier and spoke English).

Quality accommodation providing good facilities to the nearby ski resort. The location on the square is not disturbing.Breakfast was varied with good quality products.

On Saturdays, there are also a number of non-accommodated guests coming for breakfast, so the staff had a bit of a problem keeping up with replenishing the breakfast buffet.
