Unreliable. Poor stay.

I had chosen this place because of the good reviews
But, I had a very different experience (I have traveled extensively in Costa Rica)
On the first morning I got boxed in in the parking lot and could not leave with my car (I was assured by the staff that the guests behind me would leave early); nobody was at the reception to help me, nobody answered the phone. I left by foot because I had to get to the course I absolutely had to attend, and had to come back later to get my car.
They gave me a different room than the one I had reserved. The king bed was actually 2 double beds put together - it was sliding open as I slept and tossed around at night. There were only 2 tiny uncomfortable pillows
there was no breakfast on my first morning
second morning. Breakfast: the lady was really rude (I only had coffee and it looked like it was the end of the world for her to provide some)
I guess you get what you pay for, but not even, in this case
