Nice room. Excellentl restaurant and customer service.
The room we had (223) was large with a sitting area, wooden floors and a large double bed. Whilst no tea/coffee making facilities, room came with a safe. Bathroom was lovely with walk in shower- one of nicest bathrooms we have had!
Balcony had view of River Main.
In spite of it being October we were able to eat outside. Whilst pricey would recommend Pork medallions with Pfefferling mushrooms.
Breakfast not extensive but was fresh.
Staff made great efforts to accommodate my wife’s gluten-free meal.
Receptionist/ manager was welcoming and made real effort to make our stay special. Excellent customer service!
Free car parking.
Simply that there was no tea/coffee in room.
