- Beautiful location.
- Great spa, shops, rooms, and in the middle of nature! Staff are super friendly.
Cons -
- The wellness area was a bit outdated and average - but seems a new area is under construction so understand they currently do not invest in old.
- Staff were very unhelpful when trying to checkout extra early in the morning in addition to the cleaning lady (only worker before 0700) unable to speak english.
- like mostly always the staff ....decoration disaster

3 restaurants are in fact one resto with three dining areas and one menu for all three.Gym not very well equipped.
Breakfast was very good. Most the personele was very friendly.
In the single rooms were some problems with électricité, shower, tv.Staff in the restaurant was overloaded and not always professional.
The wellness area was superb. It had a great size pool and lots of sauna’s to choose from. The room was modern and comfy. lots of parking and the grounds were picturesque.
The wifi in the room was bad, had to go to communal areas. Also the location is a bit remote and the restaurant was expensive unless you wanted a fancy meal. But its luxembourg!
Great property with a 4 star restaurant, wellness and great team - mostly family I think. I loved the room and the wellness layout was nice, though it just opened up. Breakfast was good. I forgot my swimmers, so I'll see if they still have them when I come back by (I left word on Booking messaging app). A GREAT night here.
Localisation is perfect. There are mini zoo, football pitch and enought big parking. Brekfest is really good with wide range of products. After the work there is nice SPA and in/out sweeming pool. It is possible to take sunbatching close to sweeming pool. Generaly it is very nice hotel.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were staying under strict Covid measures so meals were served in rooms. The standard was good and servers couldn’t have been more helpful. The robes and ‘pool’ bags made using the pool and beauty area easy. Beds were comfortable. Wish I’d known about the place when I had young children as there are lamas, donkeys, rabbits etc in the little surrounding park.
There should be an online booking system for beauty farm. The response time was a bit long by email. So, we ended up with beauty treatments after we had to check out which was a bit inconvenient, in spite of having inquired on booked in at time of booking, and direct to hotel.
