- Cleanliness...great staff and housekeepers.
- Location for my needs was good.
- The day staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- I was on first floor, would not have stayed if on 2nd floor...need elevator for disabled and old farts.
- Shelf above toilet was partially ripped out of the wall. I had to walk back to the front desk to report it as my in room phone had no dial tone. When I was in executive management hospitality, 3 years ago it was illegal to not have a working in room phone
- Breakfast was "weak". Night staff was not friendly or helpful. Horrible at customer service. No elevator at this location. Carpet throughout this place, including room, was filthy. Room not cleaned to expectations.
