Cleveland Estate

The view from the room was lovely. The surroundings were peaceful and lots of shaded areas to relax in. I found the room to be spacious and it had everything I needed for a 2 night stay.The staff couldn't do enough. Breakfast was a feast and there was plenty.

The lighting in the room needs to be brighter, especially at night time getting ready for an event.

The venue and location was fantastic.We stayed for a wedding for one night.

The king bed in the suite we booked was disappointing. The base was on two single bed bases on roller wheels with a king mattress on top. Every time one of us moved the bed moved. Cobb webbing needed on the windows, all.The pre drinks after the wedding ceremony were warm not cold, and not on ice as it was a warm day.No direction from the wedding coordinator to guest or the bride in commencement for the ceremony. Only 4 suger sticks provided for coffee making in room and one little milk for one coffee each. Mini bar available, but no products provided to use.

Only one bedside table for one side of the bed. The ensuite had two power fittings not working and the general lighting in the bathroom was pathetic. Finally the hot water system was not able to supply constant temperature to the shower. Although we slept well in the comfortable bed we felt the facilities did not match the price.

We went for a wedding and the location, property and restaurant/function facilities were excellent.

Staff very friendly. Lovely views. Nice communal garden areas and a shared lounge for residents.

Breakfast was OK - not much fruit left when we arrived and the hot items were not kep warm in chafing dishes or similar so my breakfast was lukewarm. No bedside table on one side of the bed even though there was room. View from the window was aircon units- I appreciate not everyone can have a great view but they could have done more to disguise the units

We were very kindly gifted with a bottle of wine to enjoy, as it was our wedding anniversary. Cleveland Winery is in a beautiful location, with lovely grounds. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the property when we arrived - pretty at sunset. Stars were dazzling at night. Breakfast was nice - tasty offerings. Loved the cats that roamed - very friendly and cute.

The room was spacious but felt under-furnished. Would have been nice to have a small desk, in addition to the small coffee table, so as to house the coffee and tea making facilities. The kettle had a very small, very awkward spot almost behind the tv.

We had a lovely time here. We enjoyed the Irish breakfast. We also had dinner on one of our nights, which was a great meal. It's a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a nice walk, where you can see some Alpacas and cows.

Beautiful estate, different buildings and areas and great ambience and architecture. The rooms are cozy, modern and nice. Breakfast is great and the staff is lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cleveland Estate. Located in beautiful Lancefield, it was close to Mount Macedon and local wineries. It was a great place to explore the area from. The facilities were excellent, the room comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Noisy rooms, minimal shower pressure, limited restaurant opening hours over a weekend, breakfast at restaurant was very ordinary and hardly any food options available even well within the advertised serving time

Move the hot tubs closer to the hotel rooms.Room a little noisy due to guests up stairs.No dinner or bar service on Sunday night this could have been offered at a more scaled back menu

Location and property was gorgeous. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The animals were fabulous.

Generator noise from rooms. The flame heaters under the serving pots for breakfast don’t do much to keep the food warm. TLC needed in rooms, scuffs on furniture, toilet roll holders hanging off walls.

A very warm welcome at check-in, great view from room, lovely buildings and gardens, restaurant delicious.

The property was beautiful and well planned out, we loved all the longes and open fireplaces outside, it made our stay magical. The staff were also all incredibly friendly

Staff were wonderful, warm and inviting. Kate in particular was so lovely to deal with and so friendly and kind. Food was delicious, views were beautiful. Loved it!

Perhaps bathroom, better lighting would have been great

The location and the estate itself were superb. Seeing the alpacas on our morning walk was beautiful.

The room was a little dated. Lack of a proper coffee table. The shower was not the greatest.
