- Great staff, very clean, convenient location, close to public transport, large rooms, indoor pool and spa, breakfast options.
- Clean, parking was a breeze, spacious rooms.
- Lived the place .will stay again when we visit. Actually had a hot tub and a nice pool and gym. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

- The fireplace broke on the first night, which was a bummer but the staff worked hard on getting it fixed

- Our suite had problems with the tv in the living room. Attempts were made to fix it but nothing stuck. Was offered another room but we were too moved in for a long stay.
