    They haven't upgraded their booking systems since what seems like the 90's, so the mess of paper trail creates confusion with bookings. The parties held in the hotel can be heard throughout the main building leaving anyone that has to get up early in the morning stuck sleepless for the night. There's too much furniture in many of the rooms, taking away from the comfort of the rooms due to clutter.
