This property is 2 minutes drive from Lake Constance. You need 15 minutes to walk to the lake. The hotel is 5.6 miles away from the Austrian border. This family-run hotes offers an beautiful location on the outskirts above the Wasserburg peninsula, close to the beautiful shores of Lake Constanze. The hotel offers you cozy rooms, a wonderful roof terrace with a fantastic view over Lake Constance and two pools and relax areas, inside with pool, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, ice grotto and fitness room, outside with pool, sauna and lounge area. The area is ideal for sports activities such as Nordic walking, cycling, hiking, jogging and golfing. In addition, you have the opportunity to do numerous water sports on Lake Constance, such as swimming, fishing and sailing.

Pros +
- Comfortable very nice pools food was nice. Easy to park and nice area to walk around. Hotel gas a nice relaxed feel and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons -
- Noise from the restaurant late in the evening
- Was a bit tricky with language barrier as we only speak English we know a very small amount of German. But the staff were very helpful, and we found translation apps useful. I have a dairy intolerance so it was tricky navigating the menu when it was a set options. The food of the area has alot of dairy in it. But again the staff were very helpful. We would have found it useful to have signage and hote / spa info in English.
- It is not ready for the new climate, no air conditioning, no nets on windows but a lot of mosquitos and flies
