If short. The hotel forgot to send a letter with a pin code from the box with the keys to my paid room. The hotel phone was turned off. I had to look for people in the village to find the owner of the hotel. After I learned the pin, I went up to the room. And it was not cleaned, there was someone else's garbage, dirty bedding and dirty towels. I contacted the owner of the hotel again. I waited 2 hours outside for a girl to come and give me the keys to another cleaned room. In the morning at 7.10 am I went to breakfast. But almost everything was already eaten. Because many different workers live in the hotel and apparently they came before 7 in the morning. I had to look for the kitchen and ask for more food. As a result, I made a video about it, for which the hotel sent me a text apology on whatsapp. In person, except for the girl who came at night, no one even thought to apologize. I think this is the worst decision to choose this hotel. The attitude of the staff, irresponsibility, not the ability to close their mistakes - this is all about this place. The service was not rendered to me in fact, I lost 3.5 hours of my life to solve their problems and slept for another 4 hours after that, and then again solved their problems with the kitchen. Terrible.

Breakfast was OK, can't remember the details. Lovely quiet room. Surroundings were pretty. Staff did their job but were not very friendly.

Dinner at hotel was necessary as there was nowhere else to eat. Tried the Alter Kloster Schänke but that was a [Link Redacted] disappointing.
