Cons -
- I pwas disappointed with your front desk staffing. The bellhops were great. However, your team is not friendly and uninterested in making customers feel welcome. My party had seven people, and no one was friendly to us at welcome.
- Price - ridiculous to charge $--- for a suite with a view if the blinds are broken. Didn't allow us to go to our room for 2 hours after check in. Did we get a rebate for that time? No. Long time to check in - over 30 minutes. Food was D+ for $85.
