Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport

Good location. Wonderful desk, restaurant, and work staff. The best beds of any group. Room was spacious and clean.

It was difficult to get to my car. I had to walk in the road around a blind corner. Car almost hit me. Could use some trash cans outside to clean out cars. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

I only stay in hotels with peloton bikes but this one was broken!

I didn't have the breakfast. Location was great. Room was clean and quiet and restful.

They were putting on a new roof. Trash everywhere outside. But they did clean it up when I asked. No outside access due to roof and tearing up the lawn.

Rooms were clean

Upon arrival,, saw a mouse running down the hallway , luckily another patron pend it up against the wall, while someone went to front desk, and called maintenance. No fresh towels put in room daily, had to go to front desk and have them ordered. They never arrived each time I ordered them, snuck them off the housecleaning cart as I was walking by. The desk clerk was short and testy when asked about the towels, said she was the only one there, gentleman walked by. She told him to get the towels and washcloths, and he literally walked in the other room and pulled them out and give them to me. Our last day of stay, they finally come in, made the bed and took the huge pile of towels and washcloths from the bathroom. I haven’t stayed in a hotel since Covid hit 2020, maybe things have changed concerning how it’s done now, but this was the worst stay and service that I have ever had. I will not book at this hotel again.

The location was perfect. The provided shuttle to the airport was also very helpful. The morning staff was very friendly. Although I wasn't able to eat the provided breakfast, it looked very good. There was fresh fruit which I sad I didn't have time to enjoy.

I checked in late due to traveling in town after 2 am. The room that was given was less than expected. Anytime I book with Hilton in the past I have always enjoyed the comfort of the room that I received. This room was very muggy and damp smelling. The carpets were dirty, the bed was very noisy and the bedframe continued to creak every time I turned over. I was exhausted from travel and was really hoping for a couple of hours of rest before having to get back on the road. I was very disappointed.

good location and friendly staff

very old and dated, kids running up and down the hallways, pool too small, furniture was old and dirty, several things in the room were damaged including the shower head
