In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:00 until 17:00 Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 12:00. Guests who have not arrived before reception closes will automatically receive an email or text message from the property with the key safe code. The key safe is located at the entrance to the property.
