- the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to the details. double check if the beddings needs to be changed or not.
- Stayed two nights and did not have anyone exchange fresh towels. No one attended the room at all. Staff did not really seem concerned, no apologies when she phoned the front desk. my wife picked up her own towels at the front desk ¿ staff not apologetic
- No daily room cleaning, no toilet paper, shower in room only no bath
