Friendly staff, beautiful hotel in a great spot.
Only ONE thing... the coffee maker in my room didn't work. I informed staff.

It was so clean and the staff was so friendly! The location was great and central to all the things we wanted to do. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools!

Cleanliness of the room.
I liked everything about the hotel. However, I didn't like the breakfast in the past. So, I did not eat it this time.

The overall stay was fantastic; I would choose this hotel again!
My only two challenges were navigating Netflix on the remote and the lack of an additional bar/railing in the shower.

The staff (one specifically Mary) are amazing. This individual was so sweet with my baby, patient, and helpful to guests. Very clean, great location, good food and very accommodating.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very responsive anytime we had questions and/or concerns. The free parking was super helpful for our car rental.
The walls were super thin that we could hear the other guests almost every day of our stay. Also, it would be nice if the rooms could have a freezer compartment in their fridge so that we didn't have to ask the staff to store our cold items in their employee freezer.
