I thought it has a balcony but my room did not.

Location was good.

I guess part of it was my fault. I didn't realize until I got there that the room was a smoking room so it smelled like shit and they claimed they were booked solid so there was nothing they could do. Whether that was true or not we'll never know but that aside they had some of the worst water pressure Ive experienced when I taking a shower.

Prior to arrival, I received a call regarding payment. I had to give my card information over the phone while driving because they didn't want to wait until I got there. Once I arrived, the person at the front desk was rude and off-putting. She acted as if performing her job was too much for her. I had to ask her several times to repeat herself. She just had a very nasty attitude. The air conditioner in the room did not work well at all. The room was hot. The bathroom wasn't clean. I asked for 2 extra towels and washcloths, and the same person from the night before told me i could have 2 towels and only one wash cloth, which I thought was strange. I just took what she had and went back to my room. I will never stay at this location again.

When we checked in, the front desk person had the personality of tree. It always amazes me that when you're checking in after a day on the road, you don't get so much as a welcome greeting from the front desk staff. Then after a stay we receive a message about how valuable a customer we are( I don't think so).There are a lot of choices for places to stay. This location will not be chosen again.The bathroom shower enclosure has mildew stains and you could see where there has/had been a water leak in the ceiling. The bathroom sink did not drain properly-when I mentioned it to the front desk I barely got any response at all.

Location and the cleanness of the room

No hot water could not take shower the next morning downstairs to ask the desk about the hot water they told me it was a bouiler problem didn't say anyone else down there complaining about that if that's what the deal was . They do not offers any money back or any reason that we could take a shower somewhere else.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed

Lukewarm water, never had hot water. A bit dated.

Location was very good for the trip.

The bathroom and the room itself could have been a little cleaner.

The rooms were very dirty it smelled like humid the amenities in the room such as coffee tea were dirty and opened. There was hair all over the bathtub the pillows smelled dirty

The location was good and close to the city. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The price was decent compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel and room smelled very strongly of smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room.
