- Room was not as advertised. There was no kitchenette or place to cook food (no BBQ due to burn ban.)
- I was hard to find condo...not in the actual village When we got there, we couldn't find dinner and salad plates, full sets of silverware, wine glasses. We only found 1 coffee cup. The carpets in living room and bedroom were filthy.

Northstar is a beautiful place...

We appreciated how close the hotel was to the resort.
We were told there is 24 hour check in..we never received an after hours check in email We arrived at 5am and called the after hours number which goes to a different hotel. It took us an hour to find a maintenance person to give us the code for our room.
