Restaurant was good rooms are very clean. Location was great.
Main pool was closed, although it’s advertised on the website which was one of the attractions why our party booked that hotel.

Tremendous views, well appointed hotel.
Parking fees; $60 a day plus tips. It gets expensive real quick.

We liked the location,, It was nice and clean. The host was fast to respond. We had no issues the 3 nights we were there. We will definitely stay there again when we go back there.

First, all the positive feedback, The hotel is beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable the location was wonderful, all the public areas were luxurious and well maintained. The biggest amenity was the staff, everyone my family had contact with was amazing!
Only two things could use improvement,1 while we were there, only one elevator in our tower was working, we received a notice after we checked out that the staff elevators were available for our use.2. The shower in our room was clear glass which in a king suite would be fine, but in a two bed shared space (we are a family with teenagers) it didn't work so well.

Beautiful house, amazing location. Felt very private, loved the creek behind it. Setup was unique and well suited.
Shades for the bathroom would be nice. Or some option for shades in the evening. Not critical since it’s rather remote, but this might be an issue for some.

Location good. But it is expensive and the money paid in advance only portion applied to credit . Very confusing billing system. And you don’t have to charge in advance if we have to pay every day for breakfast
Parking expenses. Resort fee use less no enough service. Too small room in two bedroom no balcony door open. We told in advance four adults not enough facilities for four
