Excellent breakfast - eggs, sausage/chicken patties/fried bacon, roasted potatoes, cut fruits, whole fruits, cereal, waffle-pancakes, bread, muffins & hot beverages. Large size and clean serving and seating area. Room was good size and clean. Great to get access to the airport shuttle. Warm, friendly & helpful staff.
Nothing major - Walls are a little thin. Had to check a few times with front desk to make sure I am on the shuttle for airport drop-off.

Room was large and bed was comfortable
The shuttle service for airport pick up was horrible. The driver was extremely late and unorganized and even kicked off passengers who were waiting for over an hour. He also laughed at me when he was asking for the name of the hotel I booked. Extremely rude and unprofessional.The facility seems old and the shower is outdated. No complimentary water and the water they do sell by the front desk is over $4.I couldn't log onto to the wifi in the room. I called the front desk for assistance and the login code they gave me did not work. I just gave up and didn't even use their wifi. I will not book at this hotel again and I will never take a hotel shuttle.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It was less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants... Urban Sombrero, Ted's Montana and Applebee's. The fitness center was clean, with new equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine.
No complaints.

Maria in guest services is just amazing, the receptionist that every hotel would like to have! All was perfect and really enjoyed my stay.

Most comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Better breakfast than other places we’ve been but would be good to healthier choices such as plain beans which would go well with the omelette and add some fibre.
