Pros +
- It was clean and one person did facilitate the necessary room change to ADA that my disabled, elderly parents needed because the booking was not clear enough to have ensured the request in the first place. There was never a way to reach anything other than automated booking and online booking until we actually got to Cheyenne to walk in and speak with a human.
- It smelled of weed so strong, it was right next to a homeless shelter parking was limited and far away from building and everything was icy not salted! Water was cold both in the evening and in the morning! The night staff was lazy and rude! For the price we paid wasn’t what I expected! Oh and was double charged and took 10 days to receive money back!!!
- The vibe was nice. There was a cozy reading nook window. The kitchenette area was nice.

- However, the ADA room is still too tight to accommodate the turns on the wheelchair/walker on either side of the beds, the charging strips require able bodied individuals to climb on the floor, there were broken windows and the water never became hot (just barely above 60 degrees after 3 minutes of running.) The surrounding area is pretty rough and very loud through the thin windows. Loud music past midnight and train cars throughout the night.

The vibe was nice. There was a cozy reading nook window. The kitchenette area was nice.
I know it’s pet friendly, but there were dog hairs all over my room. The shower gave minimal pressure.

They accused my husband who is black with long dreads of smoking weed in the room and that never happened. They accused h8m of this for 3 weeks then we got into an argument about it and my husband walked up closer yo the staff. He was a big baby and said my husband charged at him and we was removed with police escorts off the property and they took an extra 140 from my card. Extremely awful experience
