Cancelled due to health.
I had to cancel my trip as I was not up to the trip after surgery. I called the hotel and [Link Redacted] to cancel and get a refund four days prior and the hotel charged me $99. to cancel. [Link Redacted] contacted them to waive the charge but never received a reply. As of this morning, I have not received a reply from the hotel as well.
