Grandview Gardens Bed and Breakfast

The location was great, the beds were comfortable, clean bathroom, shampoo and conditioners and plenty of towels. Access to coffee and tea, premade muffins, breakfast treats and yogurt was great. Nice park across the street.

Lovely location And intimate atmosphere

Like staying at a lose friend’s property

The whole property was gorgeous and felt so private and like its own little oasis within a sweet, quiet suburban neighborhood. The location was also great in that it was very close to fun things in West Palm Beach, but in its own nice and quiet place. The room was beautiful and full of such character! If there were other guests staying there at the same time as us across the 9-room property, we didn't know it because things were so quiet and peaceful. There was perfect landscaping and such beautiful, vibrant flowers! We had a lovely second-floor room with big, beautiful glass doors and curtains, and a fantastic patio area overlooking the pool. The bathroom had two sinks and was very spacious, and included such lovely toiletries and different sorts of towels. The small kitchenette area was lovely and helpful, with a fridge and freezer combo. The bed was simply incredible - so large and comfortable! The tv was wonderful as well, in a big beautiful furniture piece, and featuring many different sorts of channels and options. The property definitely lived up to what I would consider to be like a villa-style! The managing host was very responsive and proactive, and was available to help me via text before, and during our stay, which was incredibly helpful! The hotel cleaner was equally as wonderful and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with both of them in the mornings - during which they both helped prepare us some grab-and-go breakfast and coffee items as a delicious and unexpected bonus! We truly appreciate their hospitality! :)
