The location is amazing and the space outdoor very well maintained. Common areas and restaurant set with a high taste, with particular care for details. The food is very well prepared and various. The beach is clean and well accessible despite some rocks at the shore. Sitting out for the sunset under the palm trees, surrounded by the wonderful garden, is giving you a wonderful sensation of relaxation and peace.

The rooms are a bit old, some good maintenance and replacement of some pieces of furniture and decor would be necessary, to make the place really at best.

From the room to the gardens and restaurants, the Jeeva Klui respects the promise offered by the pictures and the >9 [Link Redacted] rating. The entire resort is lovely with large, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Sea views, large sofa to chill on the private terrace or balcony, comfortable king bed, hot water with good pressure, quality amenities and friendly yet professional service with turn down service. Amazing sunset view from the beach,pool or garden with all public areas very well maintained and cleaned. There were 1 or 2 couples with a young kid during my stay and staff was eager to make the kids enjoy their stay too. I've had small issues with my rooms during my stay and the staff was committed to fix things immediately, including at night. Restaurant was good, from breakfast to dinner with multiple options to choose from. Prices are slightly more expensive than a local warung, but equivalent to other restaurants around. I felt the prices to be fair though, because of the quality of the products and the real efforts made by the Chef to offer nice and savoury dishes. And if you add food safety in the balance, the resort restaurant is the best choice. The French will appreciate the freshly and crispy home made croissants for breakfast, and while I usually don't have desserts in Asia, I really enjoyed their Creme Brulée. I largely recommend to use their private car pickup service if coming from Bangsal to avoid the overpriced offers from the aggressive taxis that harass you straight from the pier. Also, the scooter provided by Jeeva's partner was well maintained and I could even leave the keys at the front desk upon check out. You pay 100k per day, but you have a machine that you can really rely on, with hotel delivery and pickup. Overall, the resort is at human size, very comfortable, and offers an excellent 5 stars option for a very relaxing and luxury stay. I came alone, but I'd love to come back with my wife and kid.

I would have appreciated the massage service to close at 9pm instead of 8pm. The main door of my room needed small yet easy maintenance to close well. Something that can be easily fixed during low season. There are mosquitos at night so customers shall ask for an essential oil burner or repellent to be used. The staff is eager to deliver the service right away.
