Disappointing might be a strong word but I have to be honest,
I not sure if i liked any of it to be honest, I have stayed in better for cheaper and cleaner.
I was excited to arrive but when arrived in a master suite there was not even coffee facility to make a coffee.
we were told on arrival at 3pm we could not reserve a table for dinner as there dining room was full, and they did not offer to have dinner served to our room. The balcony area was filthy dirty what looked like some workers left plaster all over window frames and the windows shocking dirty. The WIFI was bad also I just used my own data from my own cell network from Europe. I have Cxl my booking for the Hardman for December this year and have booked another Hotel in Joao Pessoa instead.
