Breakfast was good. Room was in general clean. Staff were friendly.
Swimming pool was not operational and I was not warned when I booked. Then water boiler broke down so we had no hot water for a bath.

What I liked best about the hotel was the location to my destination and the various places to dine out. I also liked that it was close to the highway.
Toilet didn't flush. Even after they plunged toilet didn't work. I had to be moved to another room. Closet door hanging off track(dangerous), door stopper broken and hanging off. Once moved to another room, no towels in the room. I was charged twice.

Awesome staff, very kind, courteous and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early, due to us coming from 13-14 hours away. Again the staff was great!
Pool was not open. Room showed quite a bit of wear. Common areas (hallways and stairwells) needed some cleaning and attention.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. The room was suitable for our needs. The breakfast offered the next morning was one of the best hotel breakfast bars I've seen.
The girl at the front desk was not happy or overly helpful. I had to prompt her for most everything.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The room and public spaces were exceptionally clean. Awesome hot breakfast with multiple choices.

Theres not one thing bad I can say about this hotel or my stay here. The room is basically set up just like a one room apartment. It had all the comforts of home. When I go back for homecoming at NC A&T this will be where I will be staying.
