Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Good quality breakfast, even if choices were a bit limited. Very easy parking.

The hotel was being renovated, the work for which was resumed at 07:00 in the morning. Waiting till 08:00 before resuming the noise would have been nicer.

It was Ok. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. It was a decent place to stay. The shower was wonderful! Otherwise, we really didn't access any of their facilities.

The bed was soft

Secure gated parking. Close to where I needed to be. Restaurant looked great, however I didn't eat there, but wish I had. Staff were very friendly.

The coffee machine in my room didn't work which was disappointing. Check in wasn't possible after 23:00 which was a shame.

I am completely satisfied with the hotel, but when I left the hotel you came up with a payment for a cola in the amount of 3.50 that I did not order, then you sorted it out for a long time, apologized and now send me this payment by email again

Good parking, decent location

Good location, comfortable beds, and very clean room. Staff were friendly upon arrival and made us feel welcome.

The only let down was breakfast. No staff greeted us, we weren't offered tea or coffee, the breakfast offer was cold (no warm food) and the bread was left open with flies all around. Not hygienic and staff didn't seem to care. Not a good start to the day and if we stay again, I won't pay for breakfast.

The room was already charged to my creditcard before I arrived.I would have liked to charge the room and my dinner on one invoice and pay with another card. But that was not possible anymore.I found that annoying. I’m used to hotels charging you when you check-out

The rooms were pleasant and it included Air Con which is a must for me. The Restaurant was excellent and very well managed. I had steak and Veg, then went back for lunch before going to the Airport, again excellent. and not too expensive. just right.

A short wait for someone to come to reception - but i arrived 6.30 and Left at 8am.

Room was poor , very dark decor and no provision to have a window open so the room was very stuffy.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice reception, large room with huge comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making facilities and massive TV. Excellent shower. Heating/cooling worked well. Breakfast was great choice and plentiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful

Not a big thing but would have liked a full length mirror and being short, the distance to the mirror over the basin was a stretch for doing make up.

The hotel is out of my expectation. The building looks nice and the hotel staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

No lift in the building, have to carry the luggage to second floor. Could be even better if someone around to help.

The room is big with a good bed

The gentleman that waited our table had a bad day probably, he was grumpy. With Check in and check out we had to search for someone to help us. In the morning the cleaners were busy in front of the room so we were awake really early!

Good value for money. Big bathroom. Parking right in front of the rooms.Had a very good lunch the 2nd day.Pleasant staff.

Rooms are dated and a bit funky smelling which is why they had put some fragrance bottles in there to mask the smell however you have to like the overpowering perfume.The restaurant was closed on the night of our stay which could have been told upon check-in so we could have looked for alternatives in time.Reception is not always in present as the restaurant seems to keep personnel occupied, so focus of the team seems to be on managing the restaurant rather than the hotel.

Liked the breakfast, especially the delicious roastbeef and smoked salmon!

A great place to stay. It's a bit out of the way from Alkmaar or the local town, but that's what is nice about it. The hotel & restaurant are lovely. The menu is fantastic and the room was decorated nicely. I didn't catch the staff members name, but the chap who asked the kitchen to stay open for us, and ordered us a taxi in the morning was a gent, and all members of staff were polite and helpful.

There wasn't anything I disliked..

First day good second day had already been cleared before breakfast was supposed to be finished. We were servec with a platter of food

Guy from the lobby kept ranting on about us checking late while we communicated this clearly with his colleges.Hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to a business park, but we knew this before.
