You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 2.25% surcharge applies for payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that the minimum charge for cot hire is AUD $10 per day, for a minimum of 3 nights.
