Not impressed with lack of empathy
Food ok
If I could give it zero stars I would . This hotel has no empathy whatsoever . Booked holiday wrong by 2 days and they wouldn’t move it earlier by 2 days only , even though property was available . I even offered to pay anything extra , was a four day holiday but could only go for 2 of the days. Been back and forth with hotel and booking . Com and no one interested now I am back.
