Clean and comfortable room

Bar was completely emptyCoffee in the lobby did not have lids or coffee stirs and barely had any creamer.

Quiet location, comfy room and bed, indoor pool and hot tub

Food was left in the fridge making the room stink.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this location. I feel safe there and its location to my needs is perfect.

the hotel lobby was nice and had comfortable seating area while waiting for my reservation. I was unaware that you HAD to check in between 3-6, partially my fault. I thought we would be getting into the hotel around 8 p.m but because I did not arrive at the time the had cancelled my reservation. I also understand they were short staffed but Chris at front desk was able to resolve my issue with my cancellation. I also noticed that Chris, though he would be waiting on a guest, he would multitask and help other guests at the same time! overall I was pleased with my stay, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Indoor pool and hot tub look nice and enjoyable

Room tv did not work and noticed roaches a few minutes after eatting in the room - on the bed frame and on the desk/table area. Front desk was often empty, hard to reach. Overall, indoor pool/spa looked nice and room size was ample but left scared.
