Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The location worked for us because it was close to our family and shopping centers
The first night we came back to go to bed we noticed the sheet had a big stain in it and the bathroom door handle had something sticky and gross on it. The toilet seemed clogged so my husband told the man at the desk, Johnathon about the toilet and he was quite rude. Told my husband he could give him a plunger and my husband gave him a look of disbelief so Johnathon agreed to plunge the toilet himself.
The next day I told the lady at the desk with short blonde hair about the whole situation and she made sure the sheets were changed and had the cleaning service plunge the toilet again. She was super
nice and friendly.
We did have trouble with it the entire time but it does flush normally after the 2nd time.
