Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the location is great. The room setup and free breakfast also made for a very family friendly stay.

Parking is expensive but with a bit of patience you can find street parking most of the time.

Decent sized room. Good breakfast -- pretty standard fare for hotels that offer it for free but a little better in that options were plentiful and didn't run out. Clean room and common spaces. Good view of the airport and DC. Loved the proximity to the Mount Vernon bike trail. We appreciated having a shuttle bus available every 30 minutes to get us to the Crystal City Metro station and restaurant scene.

Apparently access to pool and free bikes were recently discontinued though still reported as available at the time we booked. So 2 of our major reasons for choosing this location were n/a. Caution to those who opt for nearby bike share service which is widely reported to be in disrepair with limited to no customer service (this was the case for us -- perhaps the bike share company muscled the hotel out of offering free bikes?)

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing an impressive experience overall. The location was convenient, with a manageable drive to The National Mall. I was particularly fond of the check-out time, which was ideally suited for families. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

Parking fees seemed a bit high, especially for BonVoy members. I believe there might be an opportunity to improve this aspect of the guest experience. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable, especially having the full kitchen option is great for a longer stay. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. The rooms are well insulated so noise is way minimized. A short distance away are restaurants and grocery stores. Bed was very comfortable.

It's not a cheap place to stay.

Shuttle service back to airport was terrible. Waited one hour, then had to take alternate transportation.

The room was clean and spacious. Great price for the room. Updated and live the kitchenette area provided with all utensils needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable, anything that I needed they were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences for me! Great staff, clean, spacious room,and convenient for airport travel. No complaints at all.

Excellent bed, spacious room, kitchen and bathroom

Whilst breakfast was included in the price, the breakfast in the hotel was simple and basic. It lacked choice. There were only paper plates and paper bowel-no proper plates or bowels for food or cereals. This was the first time ever I experienced eating from a paper bowel.
