Hotel Sachsenklemme

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and convenient parking. The hotel is beautifully renovated with a great restaurant next door.

Only downsides were limited charging sockets, a not-so-ideal bed and little space for toiletries in the bathroom.

One bathroom has only shower, one bathroom is only toilet, no AC, opened windows to room to cool down and it was extremely noisy as it is next to autostrade

Very good breakfast in the morning, friendly and helpful personal! Perfect for a stopover. Nice restaurant and brewery next door.

A little louder due to train tracks and traffic close by.

Really cool place just on the side of the autostrada. Perfect stop on our road trip. Good pizza place and good breakfast. .

We liked the location, the staff, the food...almost everything...

the hotel doesn't have an AC and since it's summer, it's really very hot but the temp got better around 2-3am and we were able to sleep by then ( Maybe an elec fan would have helped). Aside from that, everything was perfect.

The staff were lovely, especially the lady at reception upon our arrival. The room was simple, but good. Having the restaurant with beer from own brewery nearby was great. The hotel is pretty.

The room was very dusty in the corners, making your feet dirty. It was also very noisy: the rooms have well isolated windows to block out sounds from the road, but not well isolated to block out noise coming from inside, from the corridors and rooms above you. Guests walking, talking, shouting etc kept us up.

The hotel is really nice, comfortable, very good breakfast, kind staff. And the pizzeria was excellent!

The room was very spacious, quiet, clean and the temperature was perfect. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy food quality options. Check in and out process was well thought out and smooth. Could not f recommend more!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast buffet with ample selection.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning but it was still comfortable and I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

Lovely building outside and inside the rooms are very modern with a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. Great restaurant next door and wonderful breakfast

No full length mirror in the room and pillows very lumpy

The staff were amazing! The pizza and beer at the adjoining restaurant is excellent too

We didn’t realise it was between two highways when booking (our mistake). The soundproofing is good though, so we only heard the loudest traffic

Everything was clean, modern and well appointed. They also had an excellent breakfast with lots of varieties and tasty goodies. They even offered a ginger and herb health drink!

It's kind of in the middle of nowhere and off of a highway. But it serves as a base to lots of beautiful drives through mountains and forests.

Both the hotel and the restaurant were amazing: the room big and very clean with a wonderful breakfast, and i strongly recommend the birramisù and jack potatoes at the restaurant. We had an amazing stay and will be back!

Nice hotel in the mountains. It has its own historical atmosphere and together with the beautiful nature around makes a crazy impression like you travel back to the chivalric age. Nice breakfast.

There was no kettle in the room

Loved the restaurant. Best pizza we had on the whole trip, and seems to be well appreciated by locals and travellers alike. Highly recommended.

There is a major highway that runs right behind it, but it's very well shielded from the noise so you hardly know it's there.

Dream nightmare ?

Very good breakfast. On the road to Italy. Quite noisy in the morning beacause of the traffic. Very nice dinner in the evening.
