Maybe just price, but not a lot to like except proximity to my location
Cigarettes smell, dirty carpet, old furnishings and beddings, did not feel like effort was made to get new beddings, felt like really old, disgusting bathroom site with old shower head and water closet and bath. Needs remodeling

Location and convenience to what I needed.
There was an odd smell coming from the AC unit. It was really bad at first but after running the fan continuously and keeping the window open, it got better.
