Staff were friendly and helpful. Room that we had was clean and spacious. We would stay again. Very peaceful area

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was faulty

Water fountain to refill bottles and eco efforts. Restaurant was very good and they allowed us to have our dog by the table. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Room was too hot and couldn’t turn heating down.

A lovely quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. We also had a lovely evening meal.

Location and parking were good. Staff were very helpful. Bar was open later in the evening Breakfast buffet was well presented.

The location was great, the staff was great and the room was nice.

I have trouble sleeping with light and the curtains don’t block out that much daylight and the bed was quite hard.

Decent breakfast with good choice of diet.Swimming pool was great for children to enjoy a swim in the morning.Location is perfect for enjoying a nice sunrise luminosity in the (early) morning as the hotel is surrounded with vineyard.Reception staff is very welcoming and very supportive for arranging activities in the region and providing advises for visits.

The room was advertised with AC and the system was down (not sure it is exceptional situation). Instead we had a fan in each room.Room soundproofing is limited as we experienced for 30' at 8 am a dog continuously barking in one of the rooms close to ours. Not enjoyable wake up.Hotel has no elevator ... and no support is provided by hotel staff to carry (heavy) luggage to the floors.

Fine. If the weather had been warmer we might have spent time on the terrace with a book and a drink. It and the pool looked inviting.

Cramped room, but this was reflected in the price, so not a complaint.

Dreadful maintenance of whole hotel. Room smelly very dated & Nora's advert! mould in bathroom, bathroom door rotten & disintegrating, toilet disgusting, floors sticky, holes not filled on curtain poles moved,door hooks & lighting changes. Pool area overgrown with weeds & pool not cleaned for some time (regardless of time of year)

Great return stay, stayed in June was as good as before, lovely staff, freindly, nothing is to much trouble, rooms were exactly the ones we had before, comfortable and very clean over looking where the bikes were parked safely, food was amazing and a very nice breakfast

Could not fault our stay, will be back again next year.

The restaurant was good in terms of food, value for money and decent wine. Big car park and very short walk into town.

The hotel was pretty nice and pretty much looked like the pictures on the Booking website, although a lttle tired looking. It rained a bit when we got there and we all know everything looks great when the sun is shining. We had dinner in the hotel the first night and this was a 3 course set menu at a reasonable price. The little town Villie Morgon that the hotel sits in is a joy with a couple of little bars and a great Kebab shop, we used the bar on both nights and the people were really friendly.

There was a problem with the shower in our room and when I alerted staff to this they offered us another room, this was a bit inconvenient since we were only staying there for 2 nights but helpful none the less.

We love this little place, we almost always stop here on our way home. It's cozy, has a pool and a restaurant, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. I love the view of the vineyards from the window. We will be back next year!

The room was not clean and for a recently renovated room it looks a bit run down.

Not much. Stayed for a wedding.

This is more like a budget chain hotel. Checked into a room which smelt musty and like cigarettes. AC was broken and told that ‘this is just the case in some rooms’ and that we could be moved the next day to a room with AC. Room much smaller than in photographs and bathroom is a cupboard. Staff are fine, a but abrupt.

Service at dinner painfully slow. This needs addressing. Perhaps having two sittings or staggered sittings if not enough staff.
