Great service from hotel front office staff and management. Accomodated a late night/ early morning switch to a different room and gave coupons for restraunt. Good amount of amenities, family activities and convenient location. Lobby is kept clean and decorated!

Older hotel and rooms are definitely aged. In room sofas are old and filthy. There was throw up on the one in our first room and in the second room lots of stains. Restraunt had long wait times, food was burnt (burnt short rib pic below is hard to tell because its smothered in "ragu") and staff in Restraunt seemed overworked and attitude towards customers reflected that. Parking is crazy expensive $68+ per day not including valet tip because there is no self parking (stay was 4 nights so would have cost over $240-$300 to park). We parked across the street for $12 per day.

The staff was very friendly. Greeted right away upon check in. The location is great! My kids wish we could’ve stayed here longer!

The location was perfect for our purpose. Enjoyed breakfast with the cook to order omelettes.

Very good location and the room was spacious and confortable.

Limited lobby space (on the 4th floor) and just one restaurant in the hotel.

modern, well maintained hotel. rooms are good size and comfortable. Included happy hour and breakfast buffet make it a good value.reception staff were great- helpful, pleasant, kind (Claudia)

housekeeping walked into our room within just a few seconds after knocking, not giving us a chance to get to the door (8:15am)!

weve stayed there a few time and the bfast has always been a big draw -- this time it was not very good -- omelet line was 15 people deep -- the other hot food was actually really bad. Eggs were runny, bacon was shattered in pieces, chicken sausage was like jerky and pancakes were rubbery... :(

We loved the early check in and the upgrade. There was loads of room and the amount of facilities in the room were excellent. Pressure of the shower was great. Location was excellent. The complimentary breakfast and light snacks and 2 free drinks was a nice touch. Amazing!

The pool was good, but a bit small and on the the reception area where everyone could kind of see in.

Comfortable, clean, good location!
